A naturopathic physician will discuss holistic alternatives to deal with the symptoms of multiple sclerosis at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at 9:30 at the Swedish Hospital campus in the Issaquah Highlands.

Dr. Bizzy Riley, who practices from the offices of the Naturopathic Clinic of Issaquah on Front Street, will offer diet and natural remedies to cope with the symptoms from the progressive neurological condition during the regular monthly meeting of the No Whiners support group.

“Western medicine is one option for patients with MS,” Riley explained. “We will discuss diet, exercise and some non-evasive methods of dealing with a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.”

The meeting is free and open to any person dealing with a neurological condition as well as their caretakers. Refreshments will be served.

The Naturopathic Clinic of Issaquah is located at 48 Front Street N. The phone number is 425-391-1080.

The No Whiners meet on the second Wednesday of every month in the second floor conference center at the Swedish campus located at 751 N.E. Blakely Drive. For more information on the No Whiners, contact Gregg Robinson with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society at gregg.robinson@nmss.org.
