Man robs Walgreen’s of narcotics

Issaquah police on Friday, Dec. 5, responded to a silent hold-up alarm at Walgreens, 6300 East Lake Sammamish Parkway S.E. When officers arrived shortly after 10 p.m., employees told them that a man demanded prescription drugs from the pharmacy and threatened to shoot employees if they didn’t cooperate, according to a press release.

No weapons were seen, and the suspect left the store with an undetermined amount of narcotics. Detectives continue to investigate the robbery.
