Drivers should make plans for major paving work coming up Aug. 15-16.

Crews may close the following lanes and ramps in the Bellevue, Renton and Tukwila areas nightly from Monday, Aug. 10, to Friday, Aug. 14, for construction work.

Bellevue

• Two lanes on northbound I-405 from 112th Avenue SE to SE Eighth Street.

• The ramps at the downtown Bellevue and I-90 interchanges.

Renton and Tukwila

Aug. 10-13: Crews may close the following lanes on I-405:

• Two lanes in each direction on I-405 between I-5 and Oakesdale Avenue SW nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

• One lane on northbound I-405 between SR 167 and SR 169 nightly from 10 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.

• Aug. 11-13: Crews may close the following ramps nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

• The off-ramp from northbound I-405 to southbound SR 167.

• The on-ramp from southbound SR 167 to southbound I-405.

Coming up

Next weekend only one northbound lane will remain open on I-405 between 112th Avenue SE and NE Sixth Street from 5 a.m. Saturday, August 15 to 5 a.m. to Monday morning, August 17.

Saturday, Aug. 15 crews will also close the carpool off-ramp to NE Sixth Street from northbound I-405.

Sunday, Aug. 16 crews will also close:

• The on-ramp from Coal Creek Parkway to northbound I-405.

• The off-ramps to east and westbound I-90 from northbound I-405.

• The off-ramp to SE Eighth Street from northbound I-405.

Crews will reopen all lanes and ramps by 5 a.m. on Monday.
