Overlake offers urgent and primary care in Sammamish

The new clinic complements Overlake’s primary care clinic that opened November 2017.

Overlake Medical Center recently opened its Overlake Medical Clinics Urgent Care — Sammamish clinic, complementing Overlake’s Sammamish primary care clinic, which opened in November 2017.

As Overlake’s fifth urgent care clinic, skilled providers will treat patients on a walk-in basis for conditions needing immediate attention, such as influenza, orthopedic injuries, burns and allergic reactions, in a location convenient to east King County residents. Offering after-hours services with no appointment necessary, the urgent care clinic will be open Monday through Saturday, from noon–10 p.m.

The new urgent care clinic, co-located with primary care in The Village at Sammamish Town Center complex, offers a wide range of services from X-ray and laboratory services to managing intravenous fluids and injectable medications. “Overlake served more than 17,000 Sammamish residents at our Issaquah and Redmond locations last year,” said Val Chrusciel, chief executive officer of Overlake Medical Clinics, in a press release. “We are thrilled to expand our quality services to a location that is even more convenient for the community.”

The urgent and primary care clinics are centrally located adjacent to Metropolitan Market. Urgent care services available will enhance the comprehensive primary care practice, which includes pre-and post-natal care led by Paige Kasai, M.D., and Jessica McHugh, M.D.
