Person swears at Metropolitan Market shoppers | Sammamish Police Blotter Nov. 7 – 10

The blotter consists of officers’ accounts of crimes and other incidents in the city of Sammamish. Persons arrested are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Nov. 7

Shots fired: Police were dispatched at 10:20 a.m. to a residence on Southeast 23rd Place, where a handgun had been fired inside a bedroom.

Sex offense: At 10:20 a.m., two adult sisters on Southeast 23rd Place reported inappropriate touching over clothes and voyeurism on the part of their stepfather over the past decade.

Stolen vehicle recovered: Police recovered a stolen vehicle at 4:02 p.m. in the parking lot of the QFC on Klahanie Drive Southeast.

Cracker-jack hack: An unknown person hacked a Microsoft account at 9:39 p.m. and sent emails to the account holder’s contacts to solicit money. The account belonged to a person living on 221st Avenue Northeast.

Nov. 8

Domestic violence: At 11:55 a.m., police received a report of a domestic violence incident that occured on 242nd Avenue Southeast. A 27-year-old man had grabbed the neck of his 16-year-old brother. When police arrived, the suspect was gone.

Cad calls a cab: A woman from Northeast 16th Street reported at 4:24 p.m. that her ex-boyfriend had linked his bank information to her PayPal account and used it to pay his Uber driver.

Y do people steal: At 9:33 p.m., a locker was broken into at the Sammamish YMCA, located on 228th Avenue Southeast, and a vehicle was stolen from the parking lot.

Nov. 9

Paint your wagon: A vehicle’s tires were spray-painted at 9:30 a.m. on Klahanie Drive Southeast. It is unknown who vandalized the car.

Skimming money off the top: At 12:21 p.m., police went to the Jackson’s Shell on 228th Avenue Southeast to investigate a card skimming fraud. A person had

Threats: Threats were made against the board members of a homeowners’ association on 219th Court Northeast at 1:10 p.m.

Hangin’ at the Golden Arches: Two people were trespassed at 8:31 p.m. from the McDonald’s on 228th Avenue Northeast for loitering.

Nov. 10

Potty mouth: A homeless person was swearing at customers at the Metropolitan Market on 228th Avenue Southeast at 7:29 p.m.
