A Waste Management recycling truck was caught in power lines this morning, causing brief traffic delays on Gilman Boulevard.

The driver was on his regular recycling collection route when the truck arms became entangled in power lines as he was unloading a dumpster into the truck. A crew from Puget Sound Energy shut off power so the truck could be safely removed from the area.

No injuries were reported.
