Macky’s Dim Sum located at 317 NW Gilman Blvd., #43, in Issaquah was closed by a Public Health food inspector at 3:40 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 10for the following food safety violations:

Potentially hazardous foods at unsafe temperatures

Improper cooling of potentially hazardous food

Inadequate facilities to control temperature of potentially hazardous food (hot holding)

Failure to correct repeated violations

The establishment will be reopened once the inspector confirms that all issues have been resolved.
