Ryan Davey of Issaquah has won the Dwight D. Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship offered by the Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration. The fellowships are available to students pursuing degrees in transportation-related disciplines. The fellowship is for $4,000 plus $1,000 toward travel and expenses to attend the annual Transportation Research Board (TRB) meeting in Washington, D.C., in January. He is a student at Lake Washington Institute of Technology in Kirkland.
