To kick off “National Night Out,” a coast-to-coast gathering of safety-minded neighbors, the city of Sammamish will hold Safe and Sound Sammamish 2014 from 2-5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5 at City Hall.

In addition to police officers, firefighters and an array of vehicles and equipment, the event will feature Radio Disney AM 1250 Road Crew. The radio personalities will hand out prizes for the kids and provide interactive entertainment for community members.
