TP-ing: An IPD officer responded to a report of six juveniles “TP-ing” an area in the 100 Block of Northwest Alder Place. A check of the area failed to locate the kids.

Heroin use: An officer was called to the 100 Block of East Sunset Way to look for a man and woman who were possibly using heroin in the bathroom. IPD was further advised that they had two children with them. A 27-year-old man from North Bend was arrested.

Fraud: A woman in the 400 Block of Southeast Sycamore Place, said she was contacted by a credit company that notified her of someone who tried to open a credit account with her information. She said that the account was denied and there was no loss. The responding officer advised her to have a fraud alert placed on her account, and to contact her bank to make them aware of the situation.

Big appetite: A food bank employee or volunteer, requested assistance with a client. She indicated that the individual was refusing to leave the food bank and was in violation of food bank rules regardingthe frequency at which people can get food from the bank.

Unwanted visitor?: A woman in the 1800 Block of Northeast Kincaid thought she heard her locked front door open while she was upstairs. She yelled downstairs and then heard the door close. She ran downstairs andchecked outside but saw nobody. She showed the officer her front door lock that had a keypad. The door was shut and locked.

Appliance heist?: Concerned neighbors reported concern about a condo in the 100 Block of Cougar Ridge Road Northwest which was going to auction the next day. The household appliances for the unit were in the garage and several males had arrived to remove the appliances. The caller did not know if the men had permission to remove the appliances.

Another noise complaint at H & H: An officer responded to the H & H Tavern, in the 100 Block of Front St. North, regarding a noise complaint; the reporting party resides on First Place Northwest. The officer contacted a group on the outside smoking deck on the west side of the tavern, and told them that their voices were disturbing people in nearby residences.
