Theft

Two 18-year-old girls were arrested for stealing wine at 4:53 p.m. on Aug. 2 at the Costco at 1801 10th Ave. N.W.

Theft

A saddlebag was stolen at 5:10 p.m. on Aug. 3 from outside the REI at 735 N.W. Gilman Blvd. The loss was estimated at $50-60.

Vehicle theft

Sometime after 1 a.m. on Aug. 4, a 1990 gray Nissan Pathfinder was stolen from the Issaquah Pit Stop at 90 N.W. Gilman Blvd. The loss was estimated at $1,000.

Cat burglar

Four patrol cars responded to a burglary alarm at 2:32 a.m. on Aug. 5 after a stray cat made its way into a residence in the 200 block of Southwest Clark Street. The cat tore up the entire living room, according to reports, and officers had to assist in removing the cat.

Indecent exposure

A report of indecent exposure came in at 2:37 p.m. on Aug. 5 at the Issaquah Highlands Park and Ride at 1755 Highlands Drive N.E., however, when officers responded they found two fully clothed individuals. The driver was apparently just dropping off his girlfriend.

Malicious mischief

A man reported at 1:32 p.m. on Aug. 5 that someone had put toothpicks in his vehicle’s ignition in the 5200 block of 236th Place Southeast.

Citizen non-assist

Police responded to a call for a citizen assist and found an elderly woman who was “hanging out” at 8:15 p.m. on Aug. 5 at the 76 gas station at 6420 East Lake Sammamish Parkway. The woman said she didn’t want to talk to police because she had bad experiences with them in the past and told officers that she was capable of taking care of herself. She showed officers her money, which she said was going to be used to get a cab to spend the night at a friend’s house.
