Unknown suspects heist industrial AC unit | Sammamish police blotter for March 17-23

Officers report on crimes in Sammamish. Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Friday, March 23

Warrant Arrest: A person was contacted while sleeping in vehicle on the 1800 block of 211th Court Northeast. The Suspect was called in by neighbors, contacted and placed under arrest for warrants.

Wednesday, March 21

Property Found: A reporting party found a diamond ring on Audubon Park Drive Southeast and turned it in. He would like to claim it.

Tuesday, March 20

Mail Theft: Mail was taken from an unsecured mailbox on the 1100 block of East Lake Sammamish while the victim was out of town.

Mail Theft: Officers were dispatched to the 4600 block of 238th Way Southeast to check for possible stolen mail next to the roadway. The officers made contact with mail recipient who said he was expecting the items on Saturday.

Larceny: An industrial AC unit was stolen from the top of a building on the 3000 block of Issaquah Pine Lane.

Monday, March 19

Larceny: Two suspects walked into the QFC on the 2900 block of 228th Ave. Southeast and removed cash register till from its drawer when no one was looking. They ran out of store, and were last seen heading east towards an apartment building behind QFC. Officers believe that $500 was in till at the time.

Sunday, March 18

Burglary: Unknown suspects attempted to force entry into a house house on the 2000 block of 193rd Ave. Southeast by throwing a large rock through a window.

Drunkenness: An unnamed suspect was booked into Issaquah Jail for Minor Exhibiting and Disorderly conduct after Sahalee Security called in a physical fight in the roadway.

Saturday, March 17

Vandalism: Garbage cans were drug along the 2800 block of 266th Ave. Southeast by what appears to be a motorized vehicle which destroyed two of the three cans.
