The City of Sammamish will be holding the first of a series of trail building volunteer events at Evans Creek Preserve on June 19.

Working alongside the Washington Trails Association, the city is hosting a volunteer work party to help finish the trail connecting Evans Creek Preserve to Sahalee Way NE.

The event will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. No prior experience is necessary – work at your own pace. Bring your own lunch, boots and work gloves. The city will provide water and snacks.
