The “flow map,” on the the WSDOT Web site will be out on I-5 between Spokane Street and Martin Luther King Way.

This is a rolling black out that will take place at any time between Friday at 11 p.m. and Monday at 4 a.m.

It will not last the entire weekend.

The black outs will be intermittent and will last up to four hours, perhaps eight in some sections.

To keep drivers in the know, WSOT will deliver traffic info via their twitter page, at http://twitter.com/wsdot_traffic.

Their Web site, www.wsdot.wa.gov/construction/2009/today, will also carry traffic information.
