Madelyn W. Larsen passed away on December 15, 2017. Born in Heber City, Utah on March 9, 1932, she was the daughter of Lorenzo and Thelma Wootton.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Duthie Hill Ward LDS Chapel, Issaquah.
