Ryan Kingma worked a complete game on the mound, allowing only one run on eight hits to help Newport to the win over Skyline.

The Spartans scored a run in the first, and outhit the Knights in the loss.

Eastlake 7 Inglemoor 0

Connor Graham tossed seven innings of shutout baseball to get Eastlake the win.

Mick Vorhof knocked in a pair of runs and three Wolves, including Carson Iraola and Nathan Mano had mulit-hit games.

Seattle Prep 6 Eastside Catholic 3

The Crusaders led early, but two Martin Padilla RBI helped Prep to the rivalry win on the diamond.

Issaquah 10 Ballard 5

Ty Gibson knocked in three runs and Mitchell Morimoto had a pair of RBI as Issaquah handled Ballard 10-5.

The Eagles scored three in the first, three more in the sceond and three in the final inning.

The Beavers scored all five of their runs in the first three innings to remain within reach, but four innings and a third of shutout ball from Tyler Huling bolstered the Issaquah effort.

Skyline 1 Woodinville 1 (OT)

The two KingCo foes ended in a draw after overtime, with a Jason Twaddle goal from Garrett Strawn providing the only tally for the Spartans.

Girls tennis

Skyline 4 Newport 3

The Knights won the number one and two doubles matches and also picked up a singles win in the loss to Skyline.
