The Spartans locked up a trip to postseason when senior Carlie Wolken drained a jumper at the buzzer to beat rival Issaquah 50-48. The 10-foot shot gave Wolken a game-high 20 points, and provided Skyline its third straight win to close out the regular season with a 9-7 league and 11-8 overall record. Lindsey Perry added 13 for the Spartans. Alexa Smith led Issaquah with 18 points.

The Eagles fell to 12-4 in league and 14-6 overall, where they finished as regular season champions. Top-seeded Issaquah will host Skyline at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday in the first round of the KingCo 4A tournament.

Eastlake locks up third seed

Eastlake assured itself the No. 3 seed in the KingCo tournament Friday night, beating Redmond 66-55.

Senior guard Jena Boyle scored a career-high 21 points in the win. Alyssa Charlston, Ellie Martinez and Hannah Ostic all scored 11. The Wolves wrapped up their regular season with a 54-38 non-league win over Heritage of Vancouver on Saturday, moving to 11-5 in league and 14-6 overall. Eastlake opens the KingCo tourney at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday at home against sixth-seeded Newport.

All first-round games take place at the top seed at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 18. Second-round games of the double-elimination tournament begin Saturday at Juanita High School.
