The Eagles, who trailed after the first quarter, scored 24 points in the second quarter for a 35-26 halftime lead.

Junior Nick Price scored a season-high 26 points and Cole Westover added a career varsity best of 17.

Issaquah broke a two-game losing streak and improved to 3-2 overall. The Eagles host league rival Eastlake (1-4) at 8 p.m., Friday.

Skyline rolls over Redmond

Nine Skyline players scored Wednesday night as the Spartans cruised to a 56-36 victory over Redmond.

Six-foot junior Megan Weideman led the way for the Spartans with 13 points, followed by Haley Smith’s 12 points. Michelle Bretl, Susie Tinker and Morgan Farrar all scored six apiece.

Skyline, which led 32-17 at halftime, never looked back. The Spartans improved to 2-1 in league and 3-2 overall.

Eastside Catholic pins Nathan Hale

Eastside Catholic earned victories in six weight classes and had two forfeits to beat Nathan Hale 44-29 on Wednesday night.

The Crusaders received consecutive pins from Drew Beggs (140), John Obernesser (152) and Anthony Roy (160). Matt Beggs (119) also earned a first-round pin over Chloe Trosper in 1 minute, 4 seconds.

Kyle Florence (135) won by technical fall and Kea Roberts (189) earned a 7-3 decision while Joe Stoutt (215) and David Hurdle (285) picked up victories by forfeit.
