The Eagles ran to a first-place finish Wednesday afternoon at Marymoor Park in Redmond, earning 26 team points. Woodinville (45) and Roosevelt (60) finished second and third, respectively.

Freshman Ellie Clawson placed second overall finishing the 3.1-mile course in 20 minutes, 2 seconds.

Fellow freshmen Ellie Hendrickson (20:48) and Abby Wilson (21:02) finished fourth and fifth, respectively.

The Issaquah boys finished second on Wednesday with 43 team points. Roosevelt won with 19 and Woodinville finished third with 75.

Junior Tom Howe placed second overall in a time of 17:21.

Eastside Catholic tasted defeat for the first time in 2011 on Wednesday, falling in three games to Seattle Prep: 25-22, 25-17, 25-22.

Kameron Mclain had a match-high 21 kills, while Hannah Christie had 26 assists.

The Crusaders dropped to 4-1 in league and 6-1 overall, while Seattle Prep moved to 5-1 in league and 5-2 overall.
