Sammamish Sting 15U Mickey Mantle tryouts will take place from 10-11 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 10 at Central Park in the Issaquah Highlands. For details, 206-979-2551.

PUGET SOUND STARS U15 MICKEY MANTLE

Holding open tryouts for the 2009 U15 Mickey Mantle season. Looking for pitchers, catchers and middle infield positions. Tryout is 1-3 p.m., Aug. 9 at Redmond High School. For more information E-mail ish891@aol.com.

EASTSIDE 14U

KOUFAX BASEBALL

Needs five to six athletic, fast, capable, competitive players to add to its core team from last season.

Looking for No. 1 pitcher, shortstop, outfielders. The team plans to play fall ball, work out once a week in the winter and travel to Arizona for spring training/tournament in March.
