The Lakeside Senior Legion baseball team earned two wins Friday night, beating the Skagit Sox in back-to-back games, 6-2 and 3-0.

Mike Paulson, a 2010 Issaquah graduate, allowed just one hit in a complete seven innings of work in game two. He struck out three.

Aaron Sandefur went 2-for-3 at the plate with a home run and an RBI and Dan Altchech was 1-for-1 with a two RBI.

Lakeside improved to 10-5 with the victories. They are scheduled to host Liberty, Ore., in a doubleheader starting at noon today at Newport High School.  They face the Kirkland Merchants at 4 p.m., Sunday and Bellingham at 5 p.m., Tuesday before heading off to a three-day tournament in Pullman.
