Join the Eastlake Boys Basketball Booster Club for “Hoopfest” auction to kick off the 2008 basketball season at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25 in the main gym. This is an opportunity to meet all the players and coaches, and browse through all auction items. There will be a Cold Stone ice cream tasting following Hoopfest.


Program in grades 6-8 is hiring coaches for the 2008-09 season. These are paid positions. Interested parties should contact John Evans at 206-628-2405 or



The Dragons 12U Baseball Club is in search of competitive players. The club is a premier select team that will participate in league and tournament games in 2009. The club needs one to two athletic, strong , capable, competitive players to add to last year’s core. Specific positions: pitcher and catcher. The team will work out once a week in the winter and travel to Arizona for spring training/tournament in march ‘09. Contact for details.

Registration for the 2009 Eastlake Lacrosse Association opens Nov. 1 for new players. Kids in grades 3–12 are invited to join to the fastest growing sport in the area. Additional information about the Eastlake Lacrosse Association and registration can be found at
