The Knights were led by the 35 of Marianne Li and finished with five scorers at 41 or below in the win over Skyline at Newcastle.

Mersadie Tallman was the medalist for the Eagles with a 40 in the win at Wayne Golf Course.

Boys soccer

Eastlake 5 Everett 1

The Wolves scored five straight goals after the Seagulls opened the scoring early in the first half, picking up the 5-1 win.

Baseball

Eastlake 8 Snohomish 2

The Wolves opened the new turf field they will share with the Sammamish youth sports community on Wednesday with an 8-2 win over visiting Snohomish.

Josh Barokas picked up the win and struck out four. Eastlake scored six runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to take control.

Eastside Catholic 7 Ballard 4

The Crusaders won a second straight game over a 4A KingCo foe, this time 7-4 over Ballard in the first home game at the school’s new on-campus baseball field.

Travis Ulvestad launched a late home run to help secure the win.

Softball

Auburn Riverside 1 Skyline 18

Megan Burris knocked in a pair and Madison Camp-Chimenpi had three RBI for Skyline in the win.
