Skyline dominates Redmond

The Skyline Spartans defeated the Redmond Mustangs 3-0 on April 1 in Sammamish. Ty Good scored two goals and Fed Rubiolo added a goal in the win. Matthew Richardson and Good had an assist apiece. Skyline keeper Lucas Richardson recorded the shutout.

The Spartans (5-1-1) will face the Eastlake Wolves at 7:30 p.m. on April 11 at Eastlake High School in Sammamish.

Bothell defeats Eastlake

The Bothell Cougars defeated the Eastlake Wolves 1-0 on April 1. Eastlake (5-2-1) will host the Skyline Spartans at 7:30 p.m. on April 11 at Eastlake High School in Sammamish.

BASEBALL

Crusaders continue fast start

A Marcus McCannel RBI in the first inning was all the Eastside Catholic Crusaders baseball team needed against the Seattle Prep Panthers.

Eastside Catholic registered a 1-0 win against Seattle Prep on April 1. Eastside Catholic pitcher Jackson Bandow allowed just three hits in a complete game performance. Bandow fanned seven Seattle Prep hitters.

Eastside Catholic (8-1) will host Lakeside at 3:30 p.m. on April 11 in Sammamish.

Spartans lose to Knights

The Newport Knights registered a 12-6 win against the Skyline Spartans on April 1. Skyline (5-2) will face the Issaquah Eagles at 4 p.m. on April 8 in Issaquah.

Issaquah snaps Mount Si winnning streak

The Mount Si Wildcats baseball team’s winning streak is history courtesy of the Issaquah Eagles. The Eagles captured a 3-0 win against the Wildcats on April 1. Mount Si dropped to 8-1 overall with the loss.

The Eagles (5-2) will host the Skyline Spartans at 4 p.m. on April 8 in Issaquah, in a matchup between rivals.

Issaquah defeats Bainbridge Island in showdown

Issaquah captured a 12-4 win against Bainbridge Island on April 2. Issaquah (4-4) will host Central Valley at noon on April 9 at Issaquah High School.
