Issaquah’s Mitchell Morimoto, Skyline’s Drew Lunde and Eastlake’s Mick Vorhof were named to the All-State baseball teams by the Washington State Baseball Coaches Association recently.
Morimoto, an outfielder for the Eagles and 2014 graduate, was the lone selection for the Eagles and was honored as a First Team selection.
Lunde, now at Washington State University playing for coach Donnie Marbut, made the Second Team in Class 4A as a pitcher following his final prep season.
Vorhof, the ace of a staff that carried the Wolves to the state tournament and 4A KingCo title, was also a Second Team selection as a pitcher.
Morgan All-State in soccer
Skyline grad Nick Morgan joined teammate Jason Twaddle on the All-State soccer team.
Morgan, a defender, was a Second Team selection for the Spartans.
