The Eagles had six pins in the victory over the Spartans, starting the match off with three straight. Andrew Ramirez (130) pinned Tyler White in 1 mintue, 25 seconds, Jordan Tanner (135) pinned Ryan Anderson in 2:00, and David White (140) pinned Ben Reh in 3:57.

Ty Morton (112), Taylor Evans (152) and Tyler Volk (172) also earned pins for Issaquah.

Max Tickman (103) and Joseph Tonemaker (145) both earned 9-0 major decisions for the Eagles.

Four of Skyline’s six wins came via forfeits, while Collin Ehret (125) pinned Almen Thorpe, and Ryan Adamson (189) picked up an 8-2 decision over Alex Stevens.

The Eagles earned nine pins in their victory over Eastlake.

Tickman, Thorpe, Ramirez, White, Tonemaker, Evans, Volk, Stevens and Sean Novak (135) all earned pins for Issaquah.

Eastlake’s Brad Leinweber (215) pinned Matt Solusod for the Wolves only non-forfeit victory.

Eastside Catholic pins Franklin

Eastside Catholic defeated Metro rival Franklin 52-20 Thursday night, claiming six victories by pin.

Ian Smith (130) started things off with a pin in 1:12 over Ronald Lam. Anthony Roy (152), David Hurdle (171), Mario Salazar (189), Joe Stoutt (215) and Conor Summers (285) all followed with pins, while Jared Shatternkerk (140) earned a 9-4 decision. The Crusaders also earned forfeit victories at 103, 112, 119 and 125 pounds.
