Are you a skilled construction worker looking for a way to help out in your community this summer?

Habitat for Humanity’s “A Brush with Kindness” program is a great opportunity to help out low income families in Issaquah.

A Brush with Kindness is a locally-operated program serving homeowners who struggle to maintain the exterior of their homes. The program is a holistic approach to providing affordable housing and assisting communities as well as families.

Habitat East King County has deployed this program to aid current Habitat homeowners with exterior repairs of their homes which were built in 1994.

Payments made by the homeowners for these repairs are placed in a revolving fund to help A Brush with Kindness serve others in need.

Habitat for Humanity is in need of skilled construction volunteers in Issaquah from Tuesday, July 20 – Friday, 30, 8:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
