Detectives arrest third suspect in Beaver Lake Park homicide case

King County Sheriff’s detectives arrested a third suspect connected to last week’s Beaver Lake Park homicide.

Detectives arrested a 16-year-old female around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday morning in Federal Way. The female is believed to have been the third occupant in the SUV that struck and killed 22-year-old Moises Elias Radcliffe at the park on Jan. 25. Radcliffe, the son of a Seattle police officer, was run down after confronting car prowlers.

Detectives believe the 16-year-old female is one of the women who used a credit card that was stolen from another vehicle at Beaver Lake Park around the time of the homicide.

She was booked into the Youth Services Center for an outstanding assault warrant. Detectives will forward the case to the prosecutor’s office to review for charges related to the Beaver Lake case.

In a press release, detectives stated they do not believe there are any other outstanding suspects regarding the Beaver Lake Park homicide.
