Tastin and Racin’ begins Friday, June 8 at Lake Sammamish State Park.
The water races, which run throughout the day, include hydroplane boats, 1-liter to 5-liter, and personal watercraft, also called Ski Doos.
The days events also include a live music, Seafair Pirates, several food vendors, car show and vintage race boats.
The event also often includes a showing from the largest boats raced on Lake Washington during Seafair.
Admission is free Friday night and then $10 for adults, $5 for everyone 16 and under, and free for kids 5 and under. Parking requires a Discover Pass from Washington State Parks, $10 a day or $30 a year.
Events are 4-8 p.m., Friday; 9 a.m.-7 p.m., Saturday; and 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Sunday. The park’s address is 2000 NW Sammamish Road, Issaquah.
