Good grief, another Issaquah couple caught having sex in their car | The Issaquah Blotter

The following information was compiled from City of Issaquah police reports:

– A King County metro security officer called police after discovering a male and female having sex in their car on the fifth floor of the Highlands park and ride March 27.

– Police responded to what sounded like gunshots from a large caliber weapon on the 100 block of Sunset Court Northwest on March 29. They were unable to find anyone responsible.

– A 1987 Toyota car was stolen from the 500 block of Front Street South on March 24 at an estimated loss of $200.

– Police responded to a suspicious-looking rental truck, when they discovered that Amazon Fresh has been renting trucks, because it doesn’t have enough marked trucks to get the job done 2900 block Northeast Davis Loop on March 24. The delivery trucks start working at midnight each day.

– A woman drove to the police station to avoid an aggressive driver who began tailgating and honking at her after she cut him off on the I-90 off ramp at Front Street North on March 26.

– Someone reported a teenager was setting off fireworks from a moving vehicle at East Lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast and Southeast 56th Street on March 24.

– Police responded to a noise complaint on the 300 block of Shangri-LA Way Northwest, when they discovered a group of people listening to loud music and smoking marijuana March 26.

– An iPod, reportedly worth $950, was reported stolen from a backpack on the 300 block of Rainier Boulevard South on March 23.

– Three rings and a pair of earrings were reported stolen from the 600 block of Gilman Boulevard on March 24.

– A neighbor called police after seeing a driver speed down the neighborhood street and then drive across someone’s lawn March 24 on Southeast Croston Lane.

– An 18-year-old was arrested for stealing $300 in cash from the 6200 block of East lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast on March 26.

– About $800 in metal shelving was reported stolen from the 700 block of Northwest Gilman Boulevard on March 25.

– Police told two people sleeping in a white Ford Taurus on Northwest Juniper Street to move along on March 24.

– A 22-year-old Bellevue man was arrested for trespassing on the 300 block of Rainier Boulevard South on March 24.

– A purse was stolen from an unlocked car on the 1900 block of Northeast Park Drive on March 24, a $500 loss.

– A 28-year-old man was arrested on multiple warrants March 26, including two counts of driving with a suspended license, DUI and hit and run on Northwest Gilman Boulevard and Fourth Avenue Northwest.

– Police told a man to stop panhandling downtown March 24.

– Someone stole $43.45 in fuel on the 100 block of Northeast Gilman Boulevard on March 23.

– A 20-year-old Sammamish man was arrested for alcohol possession March 24 on the 2500 block of Northeast Park Drive.

– Someone pulled in too close with a garage door of a building on the 22500 block of Southeast 56th Street on March 28, hitting the door.

– A 31-year-old was arrested on an Issaquah reckless driving warrant March 28 in Seattle.

– A 34-year-old Sammamish man was arrested for drunk driving on Front Street North near East Sunset Way.
