ISSAQUAH BLOTTER: Three drunk drivers arrested in one morning

The following information was compiled from city of Issaquah Police Reports:

-Three separate people were arrested in Issaquah in the early morning hours for driving drunk Jan. 9. The 50-year-old man had no insurance, and a 24-year-old man was also arrested for driving with a suspended license. The three suspects were found on either East Lake Sammamish Parkway or Highlands Drive.

-Some teenagers were caught drinking on the 2500 block of Northeast Park Drive on Jan. 7. Both teens admitted to having a drink, but neither of them were drunk.

-Police caught a couple having sex in their car on the 2600 block of Northwest Alpine Crest Way on Jan. 7.

-A neighbor called police to tell a group of kids, who were playing video games at a birthday party, to keep down the noise on the 23400 block of Southeast Black Nugget Road.

-The manager of an RV park in Issaquah called police, after having problems evicting a tenant. The tenant had a disagreement with the manager, but didn’t even raise his voice Jan. 11.

-When police began searching the Highlands Tradition Area for a transient camping, but all they found was a maroon and silver tent Jan. 11.

-A camper was given a warning for sleeping on city property on the 100 block of Rainier Boulevard North on Jan. 7.

-Police left a note on a car that was abandoned on the road on Highlands Drive Northeast and Northeast High Street after a snow Jan. 12.

-Police contacted a woman who was panhandling after running out of gas and money at Northwest Gilman Boulevard and 17th Avenue Northwest. She moved her car, and agreed to call some friends.

-A window was busted out of a 2010 Toyota and a laptop, EBook, backpack and saxophone were all stolen, worth about $6,000, on the 600 block of Northwest Gilman Boulevard.

-Police brought home a 13-year-old daughter on the 300 block of Shangri-LA Way Northwest, after she didn’t come home from school Jan. 11.

-A 17-year-old was arrested for driving without a valid license at I-90 and 17th Avenue Northwest on Jan. 11.

-Police found a construction worker who was too tired to drive home and decided to sleep in his car on the 100 block of 6th Avenue Southeast. The man commutes from Leavenworth to work.

-A can of chew was reportedly stolen from the Brown Bear Car Wash on Southeast 56th Street on Jan. 7.

-A man called police after he caught some youths smoking near his porch and yelling, but they had left before police arrived on the 2600 block of Northeast Park Drive on Jan. 7.

-A 14-year-old was arrested for possession of marijuana on the 400 block of 1st Avenue Southeast on Jan. 6.

-About $4,600 in faucets were stolen from the Issaquah Lowes on Jan. 6.

-There was a report of reckless driving on East Lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast and Southeast 56th Street on Jan. 7.

-A burglar used a victim’s back door to steal two laptops and an iPod, worth about $1,500, on the 4900 block of 194th Avenue Southeast on Jan. 5.
