ISSAQUAH BLOTTER: Woman’s house egged

A selection of summaries from Issaquah police reports for the week.

The following information was compiled from city of Issaquah police reports:

– A woman called police after someone egged her front door on the 18800 block of Southeast 46th Way. Police arrived to find the splattered eggs, which although caused a mess, didn’t do any damage Feb. 22.

– A Seattle woman was arrested for stealing $3.34 of flowers on the 100 block of Front Street South on Feb. 18.

– Police were called to help supposedly wrangle chickens on the 200 block of Northeast Dogwood Street, but they didn’t encounter any when they arrived Feb. 18.

– A package worth $671 was stolen from a residence on the 100 block of Mount Quay Drive Northwest on Feb. 16.

– Someone dumped a pile of empty wire sheathing at an abandoned home on the 7300 block of the Renton-Issaquah Road on Feb. 16. Police couldn’t contact the owner, who was listed as living in Spillman, and the sheathing didn’t have any markings by which to identify the dumpers.

– Police responded to a report of a teenager dealing marijuana on the 800 block of Front Street South on Feb. 16.

– A 20-year-old Issaquah man was arrested on a warrant and for possessing a dangerous weapon, described as a knife, on Front Street near Second Avenue on Feb. 18.

– The window of a 2004 Ford was broken out and a bag stolen, a $500 loss, on the 27000 block of Southeast 79th Street on Feb. 18.

– Tools worth $350 were stolen from a vehicle on the 4500 block of Lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast on Feb. 19.

– About $700 was taken in a burglary on the 300 block of Northwest Gilman Boulevard on Feb. 19.

– When police were called to a noise complaint on the 1800 block of 15th Place Northwest on Feb. 19, they arrested three people. An 18-year-old Tacoma teen for drinking, a 21-year-old man for third-degree theft, and a 20-year-old for supplying to a minor.

– Someone called police after a man was seen in front of the post office with a petition against President Obama on Feb. 22. The man said he wasn’t being aggressive toward anyone.
