A level 3 sex offender has plans to move to a May Valley neighborhood, the King County Sheriff’s office announced this week.

Randall Eugene Berry was convicted of first degree rape, and as a level 3 offender, police say he’s likely to reoffend.

Sheriffs are planning a community meeting at Apollo Elementary School 6:30-8 p.m., April 20.

Berry is described as a 5’10”, white male with brown eyes with tattoos on his right and left forearms.

He is expected to move to the 18800 block of Southeast May Valley Road, Issaquah, just north of the Renton Highlands.

Berry targeted women driving alone in their vehicles, and used flashing headlights and emergency flashers to get them to pull over, according to the Sheriff’s office.

He then used a knife to force them from their cars. Police say there were four victims in all. He was charged with first degree rape and first degree attempted rape in 1984. He was released from prison in July 2005.
