A 12-year-old Pacific Cascade Middle School student died this weekend, according to school administrators.

Grief counseling is available at two middle schools today, as her classmates struggle with the loss.

She was also a student at Pine Lake Middle, before transferring to Pacific Cascade.

The name of the student hasn’t been officially released, and the family is expecting to have a private memorial service.
