Who is the best in Issaquah and Sammamish? | Editor’s Note

We only urge readers to play favorites once per year — now is that time.

We only urge readers to play favorites once per year now is that time.

You may have noticed our annual Best of Issaquah-Sammamish competition nestled in this week’s newspaper (page 12).

It’s that time of year again when we ask readers to vote for their favorite people, businesses, restaurants, nonprofit organizations and more in Issaquah and Sammamish.

This popular poll asks residents to pick their favorites in nearly 40 categories in the contest, which is an annual showdown amongst businesses. Winners earn bragging rights for a year.

But beyond business boasting, this is your chance to honor all the movers and shakers in Sammamish and Issaquah. Who is your favorite financial advisor? Veterinarian? What is your favorite hair salon, senior living facility and yoga studio? What is the best date spot in Sammamish? The best place to work in Issaquah?

We want to salute these entrepreneurs, officials, people and organizations that help make these communities exceptional.

Complete your entry online at www.issaquahreporter.com by clicking on the “Best of Issaquah-Sammamish” link. Or, mail your completed entry to the Reporter: 2700 Richards Road, Ste. 201, Bellevue, WA 98005.

All completed ballots will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 gift card. Nominees must be a business of Issaquah or Sammamish to be eligible.

Honor the local businesses you frequent and the people who make a difference in these communities and vote by March 24.
