Skyline Green squad takes state cheer title

The state cheerleading competition took place on Saturday at the University of Washington’s Hec Edmundson Pavilion and Skyline brought home three trophies, including the Large 3A/4A state title.

The Spartans’ Green squad beat out Bellevue with a score of 253, well in front of second place Bellevue.

The White squad was ninth in the non-tumbling 4A division while the Silver squad was third in Small 4A competition.
