Nov. 7

BICYCLE THIEF: A bicycle was stolen from the 500 block of Front Street South at a total loss of $50.

WAS IT DIET?: A caller reported a man “smoking something out of a pop” near the 6000 block of East Lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast. Police were unable to locate the person.

THE SUM OF ITS PARTS: Bicycle parts were stolen from 500 Front Street South at a total loss of $800.

WARRANT: A 21-year-old Issaquah man was arrested on an outstanding warrant near the 700 block of Northwest Gilman Boulevard.

MOMMA: An officer was called out to the 22900 block of Southeast Black Nugget Road where two bears were reported caught in two bear traps set by the state Department of Fish and Wildlife. The officer located a young bear caught in one trap. The second trap was empty and it appeared the second bear, possibly the mother, walked away from the area.

Nov. 8

OUCH: A car on the 700 block of Front Street South had its window smashed in during a vehicle prowl, at a total loss of $400.

WRONG HOUSE: An officer was called to the 200 block of Southwest Clark Street, where an intoxicated woman went inside a residence without permission. The officer contacted the woman and advised her to go home where they could discuss the incident further.

Nov. 9

DOMESTIC: A 25-year-old Sammamish man was arrested during a domestic violence call to the 5500 block of East Lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast.

HAT TRICK: A 38-year-old Lakeside man was arrested for fourth-degree assault, giving false information to a public servant and an outstanding warrant.

POWER GRAB: Batteries were reported stolen, at a total loss of $450, from a location on the 100 block of West Sunset Way.

POP-POP: A bicycle patrol officer was clearing a prior call when two loud pops came from Newport Way Northwest. A citizen advised he saw some people running. The officer circled the area and saw nothing.

Nov. 10

BURGLARY: A home on the 1300 block of Pine Crest Circle Northeast sustained $1,200 in damage to a door during a burglary.

MAIL: The manager of a condo property on Issaquah-Pine Lake Road Southeast advised someone had pried open a bank of mailboxes the prior week.

REALLY HAPPY BIRTHDAY: An officer responded to the 22500 block of Southeast 56th Street, where someone had reported possible domestic violence. Both parties at the address had been smoking marijuana, which appeared to be impacting their judgment. There was no evidence of a DV incident, just “lots of noise planning a birthday party.”

Nov. 11

LOITERING: An officer responded to two individuals walking near the 100 block of Front Street North. They said they had been sitting behind the theater and hanging out. The officer told them they could not hang out in the area and they were advised to stay out of theater property.

BAD BIKE WEEK: A bike wheel was stolen near the 1200 block of Sycamore Drive Southeast, at a loss of $300.

DRUGS: A 23-year-old Issaquah man was arrested near the 100 block of West Sunset Way for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a dangerous weapon.

Nov. 12

RAINBOW ROAD: An officer responded to a report of loud music coming from an apartment on the 200 block of Newport Way Southwest. Outside the door, the officer could hear music and voices clearly. The occupant stated he was playing Mario Kart. He was advised to turn the volume down.

YAMAHA: A black 2004 Yamaha was reported stolen from the 700 block of Front Street South, at a loss of $5,000.

NOT ILLEGAL: A caller reported she received rude service from the owner of a Northwest Sammamish Road gas station when she used loose change towards her gasoline purchase. The officer advised her rude behavior was not necessarily illegal.

Nov. 13

THEFT: A catalytic converter was stolen from the 1000 block of 17th Avenue Northwest at a total loss of $1,200.

DRUG THEFT: A woman on the 800 block of 5th Place Northeast reported to police that an unknown man had stolen her prescription medication and heroin.
